We have utilised ONM Joinery now for around 4 years and we work in two separate ways with them.
Firstly, we use full time ONM employees who assist our internal team with general maintenance within the 2 year warranty period. This includes ONM operatives working on our own systems and diary allocation of routine appointments. This allows us the flexibility to add and remove resource as needed.
Secondly, when we have extensive work requirements, for example works following a leak, we have ONM joinery that can take control from start to finish. Often this has led to works being completed within a much smaller timeframe, with even large scale works being completed over a 10-15 day period from when the issue was reported. From a customer perspective, this has been beneficial for efficiency and ensured the process has ran much smoother without the need for multiple trades and middle men, this has also saved the business a lot of time and money.
I think the best thing about working so closely with a subcontractor is the honesty and openness that you receive back from them. I believe the relationship with ONM Joinery will continue to grow over the years. I would highly recommended ONM due to the work quality and professionalism of Oliver and all the operatives employed.
